"Wonderful Villa"

"This Villa is amazing. 25 minute walk along the beach to town. Fantastic restaurants in town, and in nearby towns. Kitchen very well equipped. And big, everything is big, the views and the space. We used the gym downstairs everyday, and very nice for everyone to have their own full bath. 20 minute drive to Saint Tropez.. Marie was a perfect host. I would stay here again and again."

We booked this house for a family vacation and it surpassed our expectations. The house is actually a bit larger and more spacious and airy than the pictures make it seem. The living room/dining room area has high ceilings and we really enjoyed hanging out there together. There are many patios and outdoor spaces, and we made great use of the ping-pong table! The main road in Sainte Maxime does run in front of the house, but the house is totally quiet, cool and comfortable. We all slept well and the bathrooms were also a little nicer than the pictures (though the showers are small) but plenty of hot water. Best surprise was how nice the beach right at the bottom of the driveway was! We booked chairs at some local beach clubs (we loved Mario Plage!) but we also loved swimming right across the street from the house—it was awesome being that close to the sea! Overall we were thrilled with the house and the location. We were also able to walk into town (about a mile) which we did often. Our only comments for improvement are that the house could be better stocked for guests (we had to buy toilet paper, soap, sponges etc.) and there were no beach towels so we had to buy those as well. But the kitchen was well stocked with plates, mugs and utensils, and the fridge is large. We had an AMAZING stay and we absolutely recommend this house and Sainte Maxime!!

Very easy to book. Meet and greet fab. Well equipt kitchen. Terrace very hot could do with a fan, though has canopy providing shade. Perfect if you are bringing a nanny or au pair ! Fresh fruit left not that fresh. Lots of other basics though available in the kitchen to use which was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms all clean and very comfortable. Easy to walk in to town. Thku for a lovely week. We will recommend your house to others.
"Fantastic Villa, Great Stay"

I just spent our holidays with my family (11) in this splendid villa of high standards. Everything is splendid, very well furnished, spaces very well distributed, for all that a family can imagine. Garden and swimming pool super. Very close to the sea, we reach it in two minutes. Superb sea, also the beach very convenient. Sainte Maxime walk is 10-15 minutes, very pleasant walk and it is full of shops and restaurant. Very nice. You can make very nice bike tours and find everything you need. The surroundings are very beautiful, small villages everywhere, Saint Tropez is wonderful to visit. We loved our stay in the villa and we will come back! Thank you for being very available and friendly!

"Amazing villa with great sea view!"

"Me and my boyfriend stayed at Villa Paradou for Easter, though it was early season the weather was great and it was warm. The villa is at walking distance from Sainte Maxime which is a really cosy village with a lot of nice restaurants, shops and a casino. We biked to Port de Grimaud for a day which was really cool with its little canals and nice setting. We like to be active so we especially enjoyed the villa's gym, bicycles, table tennis and pool :) one day we also played tennis at the local tennis club which is located two minutes away from the villa. The villa itself is great and modern with everything you might need. But most of all we loved the view from the villa, overlooking the sea with the most amazing sunrises. We'd definitely go back!"

"We are 8 happy retired people who liked splashing in the big pool. There were sun chairs around the pool area and other comfortable seating areas and tables. The pool area was completely secluded and private. We also bathed in the Mediterranean Sea a stone's throw away. We also like to have good dinner so we cooked the food in the well-equipped kitchen. Either we ate in the dining room overlooking the Sainte-Tropez bay or on the large terrace with the same amazing view. There we also found a gas grill that we used a couple of times. Everything existed in this amazing villa. The bedrooms were fresh and we enjoyed the sunrise when we pulled up the curtains. A couple slept in the guest house and they were also very happy. Ping pong table and gym were also available, although we did not use it. It was close to town where we found a big supermarket."

"We spent a relaxing yet activity filled weekend in Saint Maxime, thats' location allowed us to enjoy a mix of beautiful scenery and nature walks, biking distance to the picturesque Port de Grimaud and an easy drive to the sunny seaside town of Antibes. The villa is situated right on the coastline with a spectacular sea view, and the perfect vantage point for fantastic sunrises. It is furbished with all the amenities we could wish for for a weekend get away, and the great cooking facilities meant we were as happy to dine in as out."

"We spent a week of holidays with our family (7 adults and 3 children in the bottom age). Very nice villa, we very much enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace, and its proximity to the beach. Large lounge areas allowing for moments of user-friendly social relaxation. The kitchen was very convenient tor prepare dinners and almost all rooms overlooks the sea."

"With such a great view it's hard not to fully love the villa. The house is large and all rooms are spacious with many toilets, showers and lovely balconies. The area with all its beautiful colors is amazing to explore. Nearby are tennis courts, hiking areas and plenty of nice restaurants. It's definitely not the last time we visit Sainte Maxime and we are looking forward to staying in Villa Paradou again.

"Our family stayed here for one week in June 2016 and we had a wonderful time. The villa has a magnificent panoramic view of the Gulf of Sainte Tropez and it has an ideal location right in-front of a very nice sand beach that we enjoyed daily. The house holds a high standard and is very clean and has a fresh feeling to it. The floorplan is very practical with all the bedrooms on the top floor and kitchen, dining/living room on the first floor. The open floor plan and the large areas made it easy to have our children with us. A rare find which we would highly recommend."
